On Road, is presented through a new partnership between Writer-Director Lisa Byrne, Associate Director Sally Cook and physical theatre company Impulse Collective, with dramaturge by Ola Animashawun.

Ben has a plan, to make something of his life, to do it right, but when that plan doesn’t quite play out he has to adapt.

 

Uprooted from everything that he knows and in the early stages of grief, he thunders along a tragic, destructive path. A heart-thumping soundtrack combines with live media, physical theatre and tender storytelling as a young man desperately clings on to the one last sense of belonging that he has.

 

On Road’, is a gritty, bold and visceral new production supported by Arts Council England, The Core at Corby Cube and Corby Borough Council.
